Our menu features Italian specialties and handcrafted pizzas, crafted with the freshest ingredients sourced directly from our family farm in Sarno, Italy.
Vitolo is a family-owned and operated venture led by Chef Anthony Vitolo, who continues to bring the legacy of Emilio’s Ballato to life. With his distinguished background as the Executive Chef and Partner at our renowned New York City restaurant, Anthony has cultivated a devoted following that now extends to our new Fort Lauderdale home.
